Body Burn
Exactly what the name says, this class is designed specifically to put the heat on you and crank up your fitness gains. Through functional, high intensity full body circuits, we will take you to the upper limits of your potential while providing a fun and motivating team environment.
Core Control
Essentially a Pilates class focusing on activating and strengthening all core muscles. Improves posture and great for helping to prevent back issues.
Box Burn
Medium to high intensity class, with a combination of boxing and weight exercises. Great for shedding extra pounds.
Pilates
Mat Pilates (with varying equipment) focusing on the core to develop a solid foundation and target the deep postural muscles while building muscle strength and rebalancing the body – excellent for improving posture and core strength.
Tone Up
A supervised weight training session in which safe technique, strength and muscular endurance are the order of the day. Spend time in a small group setting with one of our expert trainers guiding you through the do’s and do-not’s of weight training.
Ab Attack
Group session focusing on your core. Encompassing abs, hips, thighs, spinal and postural muscles.
Boxing
Punch combos, footwork, offence, defense, fitness and conditioning is the name of the game in this energetic and fun-filled 30-45 min session. Boxing is best suited for individuals of a moderate to high level of fitness. However, our Introduction Boxing Class will have you swinging like Mike Tyson in no time and ready to progress to any Boxing Class.

Spin
This indoor cycling cardiovascular workout will take away the excuse that it is “raining outside”, and leave your metabolism working overtime for some time following. With our inspiring instructors and the upbeat music, you will be pushed to your limits as they take you through a 30-45 min session of high intensity intervals designed to take your fitness to the next level. Yoga
This class is 60 minutes of vigorous, fast-paced yoga that helps to build flexibility, strength, concentration and stamina. The class moves through a set of predetermined yoga poses, while remaining focused on deep breathing.
Cycle/Circuit/Core
Mix of our 3 favourite classes together - improve fitness, tone and core strength all-in-one. Enjoy rapid gains in fitness from spin intervals, followed by a circuit of weights and resistance equipment, with a core focus to strengthen the power-house of your body to finish off with
Stretch & Flex
30 Minute Class, stretch and flex class is a stretching and mobility based session to help improve functional capacity, better recovery and injury prevention. Learn how to correctly activate and control important stabilising muscles, and execute efficient movement while getting supple and energised.
Abs, Butts & Thighs
Get a flatter tummy and tighter butt with this fully choreographed class with a qualified instructor.
Kettlebells
This fun style of training using kettlebells gives a full body toning, heart pumping and functional workout. Suitable for all fitness levels.
The Class times are ideal and there is no doubt the classes provide great stimulation.  You are encouraged to perform ‘as best as you can’ and seriously, they accommodate for all levels of fitness and age – so new members don’t need to be at all concerned or nervous.
