I started training with Guy Morris after my physio recommended I join a gym and find a personal trainer to help me recover from intense back pain. Very quickly it became apparent that Guy was very good at what he did. Before we did our first session he went to the trouble of calling my physio to talk through the best options for getting me pain free. I wasn’t keen to go to a gym as all of the machines; weights etc seemed a little overwhelming. Not once did I feel uncomfortable. Guy lead me through everything, making sure the machines were setup correctly just for me and then patiently taught me how to set them up myself so that I could work-out on my own. He’s excellent at explaining (in language that you understand) the correct way to perform an exercise and how it was going to strengthen my body and bring me back to being pain free. He continued to modify my personalised exercise programme so that I very quickly became pain free and stronger than I have been in years. Guy is extremely personable with a great sense of humour which makes each visit a pleasure. He is a highly skilled trainer. I have already recommended his services to others and would encourage anyone looking for a great trainer to contact him.
