I first asked Jess to be my PT because I was bored of training, felt like I had hit a brick wall and thought my progression had completely ground to a halt.

I specifically asked Jess because having been in classes of hers, I could tell she was dedicated and passionate about fitness and improving everyone as much as she good. I felt she could help me take my training to the next level. She also came across in a very positive way - always bubbly and made exercising fun.
Whilst I was training with Jess, she kept things varied and interesting. She seemed to know what I needed to do - even before I knew myself.

She taught me a great deal about commitment, technique and options for training that I could also use in my training away from her. I told Jess that my goal was to get stronger - she helped me achieved this goal and stay injury free. At the same time she also helped to improve my overall fitness and body fat percentage.
I only stopped training with Jess due to changing gyms/moving out of town. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
