Over the years I have worked with several different personal trainers and Athina is simply the best! I’ve now been seeing Athina for over four years, previously the longest duration I’d managed at a gym was 4 months!

While motivating, full of optimism and high energy, Athina is realistic about fitness/health goals, and how they fit into your life. She’s incredibly knowledgable and able to customize workouts on the fly whether (in my case) low energy, unrelated injuries, or sleepless nights.

As well as fitness Athina looks at the whole wellbeing of mind as well as body and from my perspective goes above and beyond other trainers.  

I have learnt so much from Athina, she is willing to share her knowledge and answer any questions you come up with. Her tips on nutrition are excellent and her dedication is clear. Athina is energetic, fun, committed and inspirational and I look forward to every workout with her.
